This hospital is garbage, worse than garbage. My father had a heart attack on his day off. We went to the hospital, and the doctor told me he didn’t have anything wrong and that it was a lung problem. But even I, who’s not a specialist, suspected it was a heart attack. All the symptoms pointed to it, but how could it be a heart attack? No way! It’s a lung problem. He stayed awake all night, feeling unwell. We went to a cardiologist the next morning, who told me he had a heart attack and that his heart was failing and he needed surgery. We rushed him, and he did have the operation. Now the diagnosis was wrong, and there wasn’t even a cardiologist at the hospital. The person who diagnosed him was just a general practitioner. How can a hospital like this not have a cardiologist? It should have a full medical team for emergencies, but it’s like a pigsty. If my father had died now, what would I have gained? This place is less than a hospital. If it were up to me, I’d file a complaint and take it to the Ministry of Health about what happened. It doesn’t deserve to be called a hospital at all, with the level of negligence there. God will hold accountable everyone who neglects their work. May God take revenge on anyone who is negligent and receives their salary at the end of the month without doing their job. This is the worst hospital I have ever seen.

I thank everyone who contributed to providing the service for my son, Zain. I extend my utmost respect and appreciation to you all and everyone working at Saf Central Hospital.

I also thank Dr. Mohamed Magid for his past and ongoing efforts. And I thank Mr. Yasser Al-Khadri. May God protect you and your loved ones from all harm.

The hospital has been renovated and upgraded into a central hospital, with the introduction of modern equipment, an improved intensive care unit, and an upgraded neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). While incubators are now available, they lack ventilators or incubators equipped with ventilators. Further development of the NICU is needed to ensure it can handle all emergency cases. We thank the officials for their efforts to improve the level of public services provided to citizens, and we wish them continued success.

It shouldn’t even be called a hospital!

The way they treat patients is like they’re at a traffic department!

There’s no humanity, no professionalism, and no understanding of anything related to medicine. There’s also no decent administrative system; nobody’s doing anything, and nobody knows who’s supposed to do what. A complaint has been filed with the Ministry of Health, and God is watching, rewarding everyone according to their performance.
