Extremely disappointing customer service.
I have been trying to contact Dar Al Fouad Hospital – October Branch since 10:00 AM through the hotline, but the line kept showing as busy.
I then contacted the hospital through WhatsApp. At around 6:00 PM, I was told that someone would get back to me. When a representative finally contacted me and asked about my complaint, I immediately explained the issue. After that, I kept waiting for a response until around 10:00 PM, only to receive an automated message saying that the conversation would be closed due to “no response.”
No response from whom exactly? I was the one waiting for the hospital to reply for hours.
This level of communication is completely unacceptable for a hospital. Patients and their families may be contacting you regarding urgent or important matters, and they should not have to spend an entire day simply trying to speak to someone.
A hospital of this reputation should have a much more professional, responsive, and reliable customer service system. This experience was extremely frustrating and needs serious improvement.

I went to Dr. Waheed Dos today, and I honestly want to thank the amazing nursing team at Dar Al Fouad October. Everyone was very helpful, but I especially want to thank Nurse Asmaa Abdallah for her kindness, care, and support. She really took care of me and made sure I was okay, especially because I was alone. Her kindness and attention truly made a difference and made me feel safe and cared for.
Thank you so much, Dar Al Fouad October, for having such caring and compassionate staff. And a special thank you to Nurse Asmaa for everything she did for me today. It really means a lot.

We have been dmitted 3 times here for different reasons. Yet we had received an exceptional care everytime and better time by time.

I had a head-up tilt table test appointment on July 28, 2026. Although I had to spend ample time in the waiting room from 12:30PM to around 4:00PM, the service I was provided at the end was excellent. I’d like to give a huge thanks to Dr. Mohamed Ahmed Abdelwahab and the accompanying cardiology nurse who supported me throughout and after the test. They took appropriate action when my condition worsened during the procedure, and I felt cared for. I walked out of the hospital properly treated, and I received accurate diagnostics 🙂

I had an excellent experience at Dar Al Fouad Hospital. The doctors were highly professional, knowledgeable, and caring. The nursing staff was amazing—kind, attentive, and always ready to help. Everyone treated me with respect and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I truly appreciate the high level of care and would highly recommend this hospital to anyone seeking quality medical treatment.
