The worst experience ever. My grandmother walked into this place stable and completely fine. She was only supposed to stay for one day and leave, but because of the neglect and lack of proper care, her condition kept getting worse until she passed away.

The nurses and staff were extremely rude and disrespectful to us the whole time. We were treated badly and it felt like nothing would get done unless we paid extra money for people to move or do their job.

Even when she was in a regular room, whenever we needed a nurse or asked for help, nobody cared. They would come after one or even two hours, and sometimes they wouldn’t come at all. We literally had to keep shouting and raising our voices just for someone to respond

and when my grandma was moved to the ICU, nobody wanted to update us or reassure us about her condition. Every doctor would tell us something different from the one before, and whenever we asked questions because we were worried, the response was always rude like “we already said this before, we’re not going to repeat ourselves every time!!!!!!!!!!”

No understanding at all for how stressed and scared we were!! Especially she was completely fine at first. She was only supposed to stay for one day and then leave!!

The cleanliness and hygiene were terrible. Cleaning zero, sanitization zero, everything in this place was a mess.

Dr. Samah Shoukry and the team that handling the case were some of the most unprofessional people we have ever dealt with. And especially someone there named “ Marc” one of the rudest and most unpleasant people we met during this experience.

My grandmother passed away because of their neglect and lack of proper care. I honestly wish I could explain every single detail of what happened, but there is too much to say.

I would never recommend this place to anyone.
