The clinic is completely unworthy of a doctor of his stature. The two receptionists are taking money and letting people in the wrong section; their rudeness is unbecoming. I absolutely do not recommend this clinic.

Dr. Zouk is very polite and sophisticated in his dealings, and also very skilled. I’ve been seeing him for over 11 years. He’s one of the best doctors; a great listener, explains things in detail, and always reassures his patients. He responds to WhatsApp messages with all the details. He’s not greedy for money and doesn’t make you pay for a consultation before prescribing medication or telling you what to do. He’s calm and kind. May God bless him and reward him for his good deeds.

My daughter was sick, and I went to several doctors. She had diarrhea for three weeks, and everyone confirmed it was gastroenteritis, but no one suggested I get her tested. May God bless Dr. Ayman El-Gendy. I just messaged him on WhatsApp, and I didn’t even have to go to the clinic. He replied and told me to get her tested, and it turned out she has lactose intolerance, even though everyone said it was impossible. Dr. Ayman insisted that this type of test was necessary. May God increase your knowledge, sustenance, and honesty. He’s not after money at all. If I contacted another doctor, they’d just tell me to come in for a checkup, but Dr. Ayman is truly exceptional. May God grant all doctors the same noble character and kindness as you. Thank you.
