I did have a very bad experience in this clinic with their register or reception because they are very random and segregative to the people based on their nationality. If you are not Egyptian even if you come early you are not expected to see the Dr.

Honestly, the reception was terrible.
You don’t know who’s in line.
You might walk in and find two people already in the clinic, and then people who were waiting after you get seen before you, completely unprofessional and transparent, and you just watch.
…Even now, before the appointment, you’re still waiting.
