I have been coming to this lab for more than 10 years until today what happened was Was unacceptable. I came to get Some results for a test that my grandma had made and I needed to take multiple results printed from different days that were needed from the doctor ,
when I told the receptionist that he told me that those were too many tests and he refused to give me them so I called my mom on the phone and I was going to give him the phone, but he refused to take it and told me exactly “what What does your mom want? I have work to do and I’m busy. “in a super disrespectful manner so I told him exactly what we needed so he told me wait like 15 minutes And maybe we’ll get the results. Then my mom came and told him about everything and then he said how we were less important than the other people so we would take more time. But we still waited then when we came to pick up the results that he had printed ,he had multiple Ones that He hadn’t printed so so we told him and he rolled his eyes and puffed after that when we finished everything there were people coming out of a room and telling the receptionist thank you and he was like you’re welcome Then when we finished and told him, thank you, he did not answer and he pretended like we weren’t there the whole time he talked in a very rude and In An un respectful way and pretended like we weren’t there

Bad experience for getting inaccurate time of analysis result, solved by the chief of laboratories.
They are not the best in this career, while their prices are expensive compared to other labs
