The clinic’s management is beyond terrible in its treatment of people. It’s completely unbecoming of a place that respects its patients. I didn’t go in to see the doctor because, while I was waiting, several patients were verbally abused in a completely inappropriate and disrespectful manner, and the receptionist and another assistant were speaking very loudly. So I withdrew my payment and left.

The staff there were very rude.
There was no system and no respect for appointments.
The doctor was skilled, but the staff was terrible and below standard. They had no concept of courtesy or respect.

The people at the call center seem lost and don’t understand anything.

@🍃: Unfortunately, there are no appointments available, and the person in charge of the clinic, Madam Fawzia, is incredibly rude and behaves like she’s acting out a black and white horror movie. I went, but because of her attitude, I left the clinic and walked out.
