Not sure why the rating is so low. We found everything from medical items to cosmetics. The staff was very helpful, professional and friendly.
As Americans we also thought the prices were pretty affordable, less than we pay in the US. Do not recall if there was a small step but I believe the place was easily handicap accessible.
Good place, lots of choices and many available drugs.

They staff don’t care if you enter the store or stand in front of them.
They do not even explain how to take medicine until you ask.

Excellent application and customer service , I ordered a medicine that wasn’t available in all other pharmacies like ezaby and seif . However customer service managed to get it from different branch in 2 hours. All other pharmacies weren’t keen on providing a solution. Also you get points to redeem on purchases extending the value for money. Thank you 😊
