Dr. Ahmed is a respectable doctor, and I’ve been seeing him for over 15 years. However, his reception staff is rude, and there’s a clear inconsistency in appointment scheduling. Honestly, the lack of staff selection is the biggest drawback to the clinic and its reputation.

Dr. Ahmed, you are one of the best doctors, and there’s no doubt about your good taste and respect for patients. However, I’d like to bring to your attention a very small point: the girl at your reception has a very poor and inappropriate way of dealing with patients. Given your position and the respect this woman commands, it’s unacceptable for you to treat her this way. For your information, there was a previous receptionist who was so respectful to people that we used to come to your office at dawn without any problems whatsoever because of her professionalism and respect. I apologize for the length of this message.
