One of the worst experiences

regarding an order I recently placed . Every single item in my order was incorrect — this is not a minor error, this is a complete failure to fulfill a paid order.
To make matters significantly worse, when I was contacted your shop to report this issue, I was met with an argumentative and dismissive response from your staff, who insisted the order was correct despite clear evidence to the contrary. This is entirely unacceptable and frankly disrespectful to a paying customer. No website no instgram wrong number on talabat app miss leading rating on talabat app attached photos from talabat app vs reality including my receipt on the App this shop and the Mangment should be shut down for safety and unprofessionalism

This is by far the worst place I have ever ordered from. The staff have absolutely no knowledge of sushi or Asian cuisine, and their behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. The food quality was terrible and completely unacceptable. This experience was a total disappointment, and I would never recommend this place to anyone.
This is what I ordered, and this is what I received. When I contacted the restaurant to inquire about the issue, the supervisor was unable to identify the roll names or their ingredients and transferred me to the chef. Unfortunately, the chef was also unable to provide any explanation regarding the sushi, roll names, or ingredients. During this process, I was repeatedly transferred between staff members and spoken to in a rude and unprofessional manner. This level of service is unacceptable, and I expect this matter to be addressed appropriately.

I had a horrible experience with the restaurant, wouldn’t order again even if I’m starving to death.
When you order nearly 60 pieces for 3 people, and receive this amount of ginger, it’s a joke and a disrespect to the customer.
I called as soon as I saw the order, and was promised a callback from the restaurant but no one cared or called back.
I’m very disappointed that this is how they treat their customers.

I have ordered what slightly looked like sushi, and some noodles that were more related to a bad pasta than Sushi!
The sushi rice was too sticky and tasted like raw dough, there was no fish at all!
The sauces were very weird! nothing related to asian cuisine.
I tried feeding them to my dog, and even the dog refused to eat.
Do not waste your money. avoid.
