I am so pleased with my experience so far. Dr. Howaida is simply wonderful and sincere. It feels so safe to have her in this journey. And I can already see how I make progress week after week, slowly but steady. I truly appreciate how she empowers me and help me to help myself.
The place is also beatiful, the staff working there also are so nice and professional. Thanks to Hend for being very responsive and meeting me with a beatiful smile everytime 🙂

The center administration present a very poor and unprofessional services! Delay replies, unprofessional english (they wrote me “can i have you”, and i need to guess and ask which doctor they refer to”, continuous changes in appointments and last but not least unclear communications.
They only good at payment reminders (e.g: they ask for it at 3:00 pm and send reminder at 4:00) like we have nothing else in life than to check their messages and make transfer!!. But they don’t know how to present good services compared to amount of money we pay in sessions!
The doctors there are very professional and good ones. But unfortunately The center servies is very bad.
I won’t recommend to book with this center.
We need a professional place to deal with, not a place to add more stress to our
day!!

From the moment you walk in, you’re met with welcoming staff and the whole space has a cozy, calming vibe that makes it feel safe and comfortable… like a little escape from the outside world!
Dr Yasmin Magdy is absolutely amazing. She has a way of making you feel completely understood without judgment, and sessions with her always feel very comforting. She’s not only highly skilled, but also incredibly compassionate and grounded. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and brings a sense of calm confidence into the room. Speaking from experience, she’s really something else! Highly recommended!

Not first time in therapy but I can definetly see this place is different.. The center itself is super clean and neat, cozy vibes and very comfortable. Dr. Dina Hassan is stunning. Very knowledgable, intellectual, smart, interesting and super attentive for details and I’m always looking forward for our sessions. It’s only been a month but I have a good feeling about her methods.

The staff is exceptionally professional. The center’s waiting areas—both indoor and outdoor—are calming and thoughtfully designed, with soothing acoustics, comfortable seating, refreshments, and relaxing music.
Dr. Mina Fares (Psychiatrist) and Dr. Dina Hassan (Psychoanalyst) truly listen. Their work ethic is exceptional: warm, welcoming, nonjudgmental, and highly attentive to every detail and nuance. They are meticulous and conservative with medications, and their approach goes far beyond simple emotional release. They equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to eventually navigate life independently, rather than fostering long-term dependency on therapy.
After many disappointing and incomplete treatment experiences elsewhere, it is genuinely reassuring to finally be in capable and trustworthy hands.
