very bad experience,
1.website information are not precise
2. call center representative don’t know the name of the doctor listed on the website and the easiest thing to say that the doctor is not within our team
3. when i reserved for an online session for parenting consultation and paid the whole amount two days before session. I did not recieve any links to join and kept sending message for around an hour till anyone get me an answer.

I came to add a review and I’m not surprised why it’s already low! I booked a therapy appointment with Dr. Nardene that was already paid and confirmed. Suddenly, they reached me out saying she’s not going to be available until mid March! Like those things you should’ve know about days before not 2 hours before an appointment!!! I asked for a refund, and this a disaster on its on, they don’t have my name, they don’t have a refund on their payment processor, and asked me for my bank accout details!! I thought, I can make another appointment with a different therapist, but the one they recommended was waaaay far from my needs!
Unprofessional, unorganized, and not qualified to deal with the category of people they’re trying to.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and frankly, disgust, with the utterly unprofessional and disrespectful treatment I have received from @Behman Therapy Center As someone seeking mental health support, the experience I have had has been nothing short of damaging and demonstrates a complete lack of responsibility and disregard for clients. This center should be ashamed to call itself a place for therapy when it actively rejects and disrespects those who seek their help.

My ordeal began over 3 months ago when I attempted to book my initial session. After finally securing an appointment and calling to confirm, I was informed that there was no booking under my name, despite clear confirmation in our chat history. When I raised this issue, I was met with excuses about an intern making the reservation and a vague promise to find another slot, with no guarantee of honoring my already booked and scheduled appointment. It was implied that my confirmed appointment, booked weeks in advance, might not be honored due to their internal error. I rightfully insisted that this was not my problem and that I expected my scheduled appointment to proceed.

Subsequently, due to this initial booking being weeks out, I attempted to book my follow-up session, as advised by my therapist who recommended at least one session per week. I was informed that the next available appointment was a month away. When I offered to book and prepay for the following month’s session to ensure consistency, I was told this was not possible. This complete lack of foresight and planning on their part is unacceptable.

Following this, my therapist offered to conduct online sessions in the interim. While I appreciated this initiative, the execution was equally appalling. My therapist would take days to respond to my messages. This happened repeatedly until I explicitly stated that this inconsistent communication was not working for me. Only then did I receive an immediate apology, and we agreed to meet in person on my next scheduled appointment, which was supposed to be the week of April 2nd.

To my utter disbelief and further frustration, the center called me to inform me that my therapist had taken the week off! This notification came mere days before my scheduled appointment, which had been booked and anticipated for weeks.

This entire experience with @Behman Therapy Center has been a catastrophic display of incompetence and disrespect. From losing my initial booking to the inability to schedule follow-ups, the inconsistent communication, and the last-minute cancellation, this center has shown a profound lack of regard for my time, my needs, and my mental well-being. Their actions are not only frustrating and offensive but actively destructive to the mental health of individuals seeking their services.

@Behman Therapy Center should seriously reconsider its operational procedures and the level of professionalism it demands from its staff. Based on my experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend this center to anyone seeking genuine and reliable mental health support. They have demonstrated a complete lack of responsibility and should be deeply ashamed of the way they treat their clients.
