Extremely unprofessional , I bought a seagate hard disk after using it for a week it stopped working after downloading very important information that I didn’t have backup the hard-disk stopped working completely , I love abroad so it took Me a month to bring it back to store and although I had 10 months still in the warranty I had to go to store 5 times each time they promise they will
Find a solution and call me now it’s nearly 13 months and they waited till the warranty time is over and they still didn’t find a solution , knowing that the warranty would have been under seagate company all they had to do was to connect me there
