Don’t buy anything from CairoCart, thieves. They take your money and the good will never arrive and good luck having your money back. Customer service doesn’t answer and when they do they lie and tell u they solve your case when in fact when you call again nothing is done. Unprofessional and a complete scam.

The gym(B12 performance) is a complete scam. I paid based on promises that were never delivered. They kept saying they were opening “soon” for almost a year, and when they finally did, it was nothing like what they advertised. And this mall is letting them scam over a thousand people.
The equipment is clearly used and already breaking down. The place is overcrowded to the point where you can barely train properly. The lockers are unhygienic and not maintained at all.
The staff are extremely unprofessional, and their behavior can be uncomfortable and inappropriate.
Overall, this place is misleading, poorly managed, and not worth the money at all. I regret signing up and would strongly advise others to stay away.
