I have enrolled in the DBT Group in November and up till now
My experience was not that good and would not likely recommend the group for these reasons:
Dr Henawy, in the first sessions would forget to invite me to share in the group discussions
The moderator Dr. Elassy refused to help me, when I asked for the end of the group for me, but later provided me with the wrong date.
The new moderator Ms Al Gebaly didn’t send me the recorded lectures, except when I asked for it, because she had a wrong number for me and didn’t check or cared to communicate with me.
I have been chasing the admin team for 2 weeks to know the end of the group and they provided me finally with a date(5/7) that was incorrect as Dr. Sadany told me a totally different one(14/6).

At first I went with Dr. Ahmed Sawahel, I was really against taking any meds back then, mainly was looking for a self discovering journey. Along the way, I can describe him as someone who is understanding, he doesn’t judge, can understand many types of people. Doesn’t enforce any beliefs. Truly thankful for the experience! ❤️
