Very slow, crowded, and very bad management. Had an appointment at 1:30pm for normal service, car went in at 2:30, got the car back at 5pm, FOR AN OIL CHANGE

Sadly a very bad experince, the service is terrible customer agents and engineers are not training enough to deal with the public, they try there best not to repair the car even if it’s under guarantee. Very sad how a brand like Manaour opel has become this bad
