Sent my Audi for service. Told me total price is 90,000 for unnecessary service. Once I asked the reason Eng Wael’s attitude was extremely rude and inappropriate. Deleted all of the messages from WhatsApp so I wouldn’t post. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

They are so professional, they usually do not show their friendly face ( although some people prefer that) but again that is why they are so professional, keeping it business only.
They are also transparent and honest. They use original spare parts, and they do not bother the client at all during their work.
At first they listen to all your inquiries, and thats it, you leave them do their work. They then will report if they notice anything needs to be flagged.
Their price is relarively above average to high, but given their awareness, professionalism, and honesty. These are some skills you pay for.
Overall, if you do not want to bother yourself with details, receive high-quality repair work, but pay a bit higher than the average, that is the place.

Wanted to bill me 35K for a used spare part, that is sold everywhere for 15-17K max.
Moreover, they insisted it can’t be partially replaced, which Seat agency themselves confirmed otherwise. Fixed for 8K at the end !
Dishonest people, whom you definitely should never deal with or trust.

Amazing service. I called them because my car stopped at the middle of the road. They sent me emergency numbers, stayed with me on the phone, stayed open waiting for me 3 hours until I arrived.
