Unfortunately i experienced a very bad experience in A-part Bosch , i send my c180 car just done 8000 km to change oil and take the guanine oil filter with me , after finish they told me the car take 8 litres oil , but the motor oil capacity only 7 liters after i insist that the car only take 7 liter they apologised to me and said you are right the car really take only 7 liters and they said we take the oil and oil measure is ok now
Then after 1 week i feel heat in car and motor noise i opened the hood i found oil every where inside the motor they forgot to close the oil cover
Now advise me what i have to do

I went there to buy windscreen wipers, I waited for 15 minutes, then I left without buying it!
The service advisor get out with me to check the car and the wipers size, I waited all if that time for the store to answer if it is available or not. They weren’t busy for that to excuse them. Only two customers were waiting.
A bad experience, I can’t imagine to do service there!

the company in general is very good, my review is regarding the HR team there I think they must treat them how to well present the entity and to maintain its image there is a big gap between the company fame and them , I hope they read my constructive review and take corrective action
