The worst experience ever.

I was going to the coast before Eid and ordered oil, a filter, and brake pads for my Toyota Corolla.

I contacted them four days before Eid. They said they’d prepare the order and get back to me. One day passed. On the third day, they said they’d prepare the order and get back to me. On the second day, they said they’d prepare the order and get back to me. I asked if it wasn’t available, and they said it was available, but for online payment, they needed to generate a code. On the last day, they said they were still preparing the code or link for me to pay.

On the day before Eid, they told me, “Sir, the order is ready, but delivery won’t be now; it will be after Eid.”

I tried calling to file a complaint. I called the hotline, but no one answered.

And then, people take a long time to reply. Contacting them on WhatsApp takes two or three hours.

In summary: This is a failed invention. Go buy your things yourself. Their prices are the same as abroad, and if you don’t want to drive, take an Uber. Literally, a very, very, very bad place and a waste of time.
