I had 2 round speakers. 1 of them muffling from day one, took me 2 personal visits AND then had to mail it twice with aramex(at my own expense!)to get them to fix it. They still didn’t fix and refused to get it replaced even though the defect was clearly there!!

I had 2 2-way speakers installed at this location. One of them had a defect from day one, took me 4 separate visits to get them to fix it. They refused to get it replaced even though the defect was clearly there. Cost me another visit and had to wait to get it send back to the “factory”. Quality 👎

It’s very helpful company and I really recommend it to anyone needs to install an android screen in his car.
I’ll tell my story with them,
First, I bought the double-bass 2010 pro build in screen from one of their suppliers and withen 2 weeks it starts to show only black screen and I contacted the the customer service and The maintenance team solved this problem but it’s appeared again and I contacted them again and they didn’t hesitate to replace it with an new one as it’s still in the warranty period and the new one working efficiently.
So, many thanks to their customer service team and the maintenance crew ❤️❤️
