I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. The reception staff were extremely disrespectful and showed very little concern for patients. It honestly felt like no matter how serious your condition was, you would simply be told to wait without any urgency or empathy.
The clinic is also incredibly disorganized. You’re never given clear information about whether the doctor will actually be available they may come, they may not, and the staff act as if it’s no big deal. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t rely on anything you’re told because communication is inconsistent and unreliable.
A clinic should make patients feel cared for and informed, but this experience was the complete opposite.

Avoid! An absolute ridiculous place, no system working, they lack organization and customer service; receptionist on their personal mobile phones talking while supposedly serving patients, they ask you to take a number and then ignore the queuing numbers and serve who ever comes to the counter, they have 6 monitors and only 2 working and the rest are sitting around doing either internal work or nothing at all, if you manage to not lose your temper during this process, you get another hurdle of waiting on the doctor who takes his sweet time to come to the clinic and patients have to wait over 3, 4 hours to see him RIDICULOUS!!.
Why establish a business in the medical field if you don’t know the basic 101 of serving patients, you are not an entertainment business, people come to you because they are in pain or discomfort, don’t make it worse with your untrained, unprofessional staff and practitioners attitude.

I had an excellent experience with Dentist Dr. Fatma Abdelmaksod. She performed my root canal treatment with great professionalism and care. Everything was explained clearly, and the procedure was smooth and comfortable. Highly recommended.

I waited almost an hour to see the doctor and she only saw me for 10 minutes. She did not tell me much about anything at all. When doing the ultrasound she did not even let me see the problem or pointed at anything. I had to ask if I had the issue I thought I did. And on top of that she answered 2 phone calls in those 10 minutes appointment. Very unprofessional.
