One of the worst hospital experiences I have ever had.
The lack of organization and coordination between the different departments is extremely disappointing. Communication between the staff is very difficult, and obtaining basic information is unnecessarily complicated.
In many cases, you have to wait for a long time just to get a simple answer to a basic inquiry. This is completely unacceptable, especially when dealing with a surgical procedure, where patients and their families need clear information, proper coordination, and timely responses.
Despite having experience with some of the largest hospitals, I was genuinely surprised by the way basic patient requests were handled. For example, when the doctor recommended that the patient have a bottle of water or clear fluids, I was told to go back to the cafeteria and purchase them at my own expense. Regardless of the minimal cost involved, these items could easily have been added to the hospital bill.
Overall, the experience was extremely frustrating and stressful. The hospital seriously needs to improve its internal communication, coordination, and level of service.
Excellent hospital with top-notch facilities. What stood out the most was the PR and customer service team. They are incredibly welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. Very supportive and highly recommended!
My experience at the 4th floor Cardiac ICU was extremely disappointing and honestly very disturbing. During emergency situations, staff were shouting loudly to call doctors in a way that was frightening and stressful for patients’ families waiting outside — I can’t imagine the impact this has on the patients themselves. There should be a more professional system, such as communication through a control room, instead of yelling across the unit like a stadium.
In addition, the cleanliness and hygiene standards were unacceptable, especially in the bathrooms. I will attach photos to show the poor condition and lack of proper hygiene.
What made the experience even worse was the negligence and lack of care from parts of the nursing staff in the ICU. Overall, it was a very poor and upsetting experience that seriously needs attention and improvement.
I would like to sincerely thank everyone at Cleopatra Hospital for the outstanding care and professionalism
The doctors were incredibly kind, attentive, and reassuring throughout the whole experience, and the staff were respectful, supportive, and always ready to help.
I truly appreciated the level of care, organization, and attention to patients.
Thank you to every member of the team for your hard work, compassion, and dedication. You made a difficult time much more comfortable and reassuring
Great experience at Cleopatra Hospital, New Cairo Sky Branch.
I was actually lucky to visit on the second day of the branch opening, instead of going to the Fifth Settlement polyclinic, and I’m really glad I did!!
The staff were extremely professional, caring, and supportive from start to finish.
Special thanks to Ms. Mona (PR Manager) and the entire medical team.
Today was my first physiotherapy session ever, and it couldn’t have been better!!
The Physiotherapy Department staff were kind, and very professional, something you don’t experience every day.
Big thanks to Dr. Sandy (Head of the department), the nurses, the reception team, and especially Dr. Rovan for a truly relieving session.
Highly recommended for sure!!
