Dr. Ahmed Bakir was extremely professional, respectful, and highly knowledgeable. He treated my wife in the emergency setting, provided an accurate and appropriate diagnosis, and conducted a thorough examination. Throughout the visit, he made us feel at ease and demonstrated excellent bedside manner. He speaks fluent English, which made communication clear and reassuring.
The hospital was also very clean and well-maintained. We were admitted immediately upon arrival, and the entire staff worked efficiently and with care throughout our stay. Every nurse and staff member we interacted with was attentive, hardworking, and supportive, helping ensure a smooth and comfortable experience.

From the moment I started treatment, the entire team has treated me with kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion. The nursing staff are truly outstanding—attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly caring. They always make sure patients are comfortable and well looked after, often anticipating our needs before we even have to ask. Their experience and confidence provide reassurance during what can be a very challenging time.
