I extend my deepest gratitude and appreciation to the administration of Al-Karma Modern Specialized Hospital, and to all the doctors, including Dr. Ahmed Rabie, Dr. Ahmed Emad, and Dr. Ahmed Diab, as well as the consultants, especially the exceptionally distinguished Dr. Mohamed Ashraf, and the highly ethical nursing and administrative staff, such as Mr. Bahi, Mr. Mohamed Alaa, and Mr. Sayed Farag, for their high level of professionalism and excellent service. I also thank the esteemed director, Dr. Hossam Ashraf, for his outstanding efforts in building such a distinguished team. Nursing staff in ICU was very friendly and competent. I also enjoyed the freedom to eat what i want from outside. Sister Iman with accounts was fantastic and nurses Zidane, Abdel Khader, Basma, and Basmilla went above the call of duty. The only reason I’m not giving full marks is because they were unable to resolve my colastamy problem in a sufficient, timely manner.
