I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation following the successful surgery I underwent here in Egypt.
As a Nigerian patient, I came with some level of uncertainty, but the professionalism, care, and hospitality I experienced completely reassured me. My sincere gratitude goes to my Doctor Amr Abu Alfadel, whose expertise, calm and nice approach, and dedication played a crucial role in the success of my procedure. His nice and attentive approach uplifted my spirit to go ahead with my surgery from my first encounter with him. I truly felt I was in safe hands throughout. I would also recommend my dermatologist Dr Sameh, whom I consulted. His professionalism, clear communication, and attention to detail were exceptional, and he provided effective care while diagnosis
I would also commend the nursing staff and other healthcare workers who supported me all along. Their kindness, patience, and attention to detail made a significant difference in my recovery process. From admission to discharge, the level of care and organization within the hospital was highly commendable.

This experience has not only improved my health but has also left me with a positive impression of medical services here in Egypt without any discrimination as a Nigerian. I am extremely disappointed with the level of care in their emergency room. Patients are left waiting for hours without proper assessment or treatment, even when clearly in pain and visibly unwell. There seems to be a serious lack of urgency and organization.
The staff appeared careless and dismissive, offering little communication or reassurance. Being in an emergency room is already stressful and frightening, and the experience here only made it worse. No patient should feel ignored or neglected when seeking urgent medical help.
I truly hope this hospital takes patient care more seriously and works on improving both responsiveness and basic compassion.

This clinic has a lot of different specialist, including stomach, skin, blood, nose, ear, throat, and eyes. This building also has other clinics inside that have a wide variety of specialists. It is a good place to get treatment, but there is no emergency treatment.
