Honestly, I’m writing this review feeling super discouraged. I was so excited in the beginning and ordered a Demon Slayer Funko.
1. The box arrived looking like it had been previously opened.
2. Extremely disappointed with the Tanjiro Funko. The water effect has excessive plastic mold flash and a very rough finish compared to the clean, smooth versions l’ve seen from other collectors.
3. The excess plastic on these Funkos is way too much. I know manufacturing defects happen, but the pieces I received are so messy, I tried to confirm they were original.
4. Customer Service is the worst part. After reaching out, the response was very unprofessional. They just asked for the box photo, said “okay dear,” and then completely ghosted me.
5. No solutions offered and zero follow-up.
Definitely my first and last time ordering from here.

After posting my initial feedback here, the store admitted the shipping mistake. However, instead of exchanging it, their actual plan was to take back the damaged item first without giving me a new replacement or any official proof guaranteeing my rights.
They refused to provide any written confirmation or invoice for the process. They have no actual complaints department, and they even used disappearing messages during our chat.
Their final “solution” after more than a month of silence was sending a courier to my house unannounced, without even notifying me beforehand, and they didn’t even provide him with the correct contact details. Very strange communication and zero professionalism.
I was so excited for the order to arrive and planning to buy a lot more. Every time I look at the box and the Funko, I get so upset. Why do you guys have to exhaust me like this just to make me give up and leave, when I could’ve easily bought way more later?

It was my first time visiting this branch and honestly the place is amazing! There was a lovely girl there i think her name was Tasneem she was incredibly kind and helpful and she has such a beautiful smile she made my visit so much better thank you for creating such a wonderful place!

One of the best shops I have ever been to for anime, DC, marvel and all movies and cartoon enthusiasts and collectors! Trust that we have visited many. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable as well as real friendly. We bought 2 dragonball figures as well as Shanks from one piece that we’ve never seen before at any shop. Shanks was a last piece as well as Broly. Very pleased with our purchases and visit, we will definitely be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Finally A True original Japanese anime store in Egypt it has many stuff can be more varieties for sure but for soft opening is great
All the items are high quality and original imported from japan ; expect a-little high prices but it make sense due to importing fees and currency change
However it’s for sure worth a visit and fun experience.
