This place is a SCAM.
I physically went to in person and asked if I could book a meeting room at 7 PM for an important work meeting. The receptionist told me to book through the app and explicitly said a room would be available when I asked her. She never mentioned this was outside working hours.
I made the booking, received a provisional reservation, and tried calling to confirm no one answered. When I arrived at around 6:50 PM, there were no staff, no reception, meeting rooms locked with keys. Even another customer confirmed no staff had been around.
I had no choice but to take my meeting in the business lounge. At 7:26 PM, they finally called me (while I was already in the meeting) and even though I did not answer, they “confirmed” the room. Afterward, I was told I’d be charged cancellation fee for a room I was never able to access, and after a long conversation, I was told they “might” be able to revoke the charge after billing me (no promises tho).. I was also given ridiculous excuses about working hours, security being “inside,” and being told I should have called beforehand (despite the fact that I did, repeatedly, with no answer)..
To make things worse, they told me I would be charged 400 EGP (cancellation fee), but instead they charged me the full amount for the booking!!!
I would recommend this place to anyone looking for unreliability and a great way to throw their money in the trash

I’d avoid this space. I used them and left a couple of months ago. When I asked about the security deposit being returned, they said they’d process it within 30 days of vacating. After a couple of weeks, we checked in and they seemed to be insulted that we’d ask before the 30 days passed. Waited for them to pass and… nothing – not even a peep. When checking in they give generic answers (“sorry for the inconvenience” type of stuff). They promised to process it on one date, nothing happened. Promised another date, still nothing. We’re now entering the 3rd month after leaving without any rhyme or reason for the delays.
I’ve since moved my team to Makanak which has much more relaxed office spaces and my team is much happier there. I’d recommend anybody considering taking space with Regus to consider supporting a local Egyptian business like Makanak instead of this place that doesn’t seem to have its act together.
In the mean time, I’ll be pursuing legal action against them and will update this review with the outcome.

In general regus is the best choice for different business model Arabela in particular is very warm place full of energy makes it easy to connect with people. Special thanks to Ms Sherine for her outstanding performance and effective support.

Out of my all Regus experiences, this branch has the best lounge in terms of space so far but it is the least comfortable branch for me.
Pros:
– One of the largest branches with multiple facilities like a phone booth, multiple toilets, etc.
– being in Arabella mall, makes it easier for a lot of dining options through the day.
– Parking there is very easy.
– Rarely noticed any maintenance problems.
Cons:
As a person who is always on the hunt to be comfortable and practical, I find Arabella Plaza center to be missing the comfortable part. The coffee machine there is the worst out of all branches, the chairs are far from comfortable (despite being relatively a new branch).
This center is the most crowded one in New Cairo feeling that there is always a lot of things going on around you.
For me, this branch is just fine, it does the job, but its competitors are far better, especially building 47 which is on another level of quietness and comfortability.
