Fahem Computer Services is a SCAM, do not bring your computers here. THEY WILL NOT FIX IT. Took my laptop in because the battery was defective, it would completely drain in 20 minutes after being fully charged. It was still under warranty & they were listed as the company to do repairs. They said they tested it & the battery lasted 2.5 hours after being charged + uplugged. This specific laptop is advertised as having a long battery life. They should have replaced the battery. Instead they gave us this BS: “this is the specs for this computer, nothing can be done about it.” Since it was a warranty repair & basically free, they didn’t do anything because it would cost them money. Not only will they not fix anything, they will cause damage as well (found scratch on side of my laptop that wasn’t there before). The employees at the store & call center are completely unprofessional. They don’t know how to deal with customers. We waited for this laptop to be delivered (we requested it) & it never came. If they didn’t deliver, they could have just told us. They called us after a couple of days, told us it would be delivered “today or tomorrow.” We called again a week after that call & they told us they *didn’t know* where the laptop was. How can they be this careless with expensive items? They have no system to track items! We thought they lost it. It turns out the laptop was still in their shop, sitting in a stack of other laptops – probably how it got scratched. We had to come to the store to yell & threaten them to retreive the laptop, which customers should not have to do. We have seen nothing but angry customers in their shop. Avoid this place to save yourself the headache & waste of time.
