Excellent experience with Islam Farahat Innovations. The door quality exceeded my expectations, with very refined finishing and attention to detail. The team was highly professional and easy to work with. Highly recommended.

Avoid this company at all costs. The employees are extremely rude and unprofessional, they clearly have no knowledge of customer service or how to treat clients. After waiting longer than the time stated in the contract for the closet we ordered, we found ourselves chasing after them for an appointment to fit the closet. Last week they came and dumped the closet in the entrance of my apartment making it extremely inconvenient for me to move around. It seems after the last payment is received by them, they don’t really care when they come to complete the job.
