Very bad quality and service. They sent me a UPVC tank broken (see photo) from the bottom and refuse to take it back. Even they offered to fix it but to pay 1400 EGP. I do not recommend buying from them.

The service was excellent, and the tanks were clean and of good quality. The staff were polite and courteous. I had a problem with one tank that fell during transport, but they replaced it with a perfect one when I bought from them the second time. Thank you.
