After two visits, the house is still full of ticks.

This company promises to get rid of the pest but use ineffective chemicals. They ask for full payment upfront which includes two visits. The second visit is to make sure the service is well done but they don’t make an effort to show up. You have to literally beg them to show up for that with multiple delays and rescheduling hoping that you wouldn’t contact them.
