This agency is, to say the least, awful. The woman named Shaimaa or Heba brought in a maid. We paid for five months, but the girl stayed for three and then left and disappeared. I haven’t heard from her since. When we contacted the agency, the woman blocked us and wouldn’t answer. She even paid a month’s commission! I’m warning everyone against dealing with this agency. They just throw your money away. Besides, the girl took my phone, clothes, and everything. I tried to contact the woman amicably for a whole month, but she just blocked me. It’s awful! And of course, none of the maids have residency permits, meaning it’s all illegal work.
