Not very professional: displays were very dusty; took an extremely long time to process payment and produce a receipt – close to an hour! Then called to tell us an hour after this that what we ordered was out of stock, and to process a refund!

Very poor customer service. Suddenly when it came to checkout new stuff started popping out of nowhere. They even wanted to sell me a wrong item. Highly do not recommend.

Worst customer service ever, do not recommend anyone to buy from, the customer service representative I interacted was rude, he just ignored my request to return defect product after he tested and asked me to call call center for help, he refused to assist, spoke in an unprofessional tone, my friend also bought Iron and it got defect and she had to return back in less than a week!
