House Solution Egypt are truly ‘ the best of the best ‘ Outstanding if I may say! This is the first time in all my years of renting to expats, have I come across such a professional real estate agency. Both Mr Mohamed Hassan and Mr Mohamed El Nahas are top notch agents whom I highly recommend. They are very skilled in all aspects! Highly organised, very thorough, attention to detail, punctual and most of all extremely decent and respectable. Forgot to say honest, fair and went above and beyond with sincere dedication to deliver what was required of them. I consider myself very lucky to have crossed paths with both Mr Mohamed El Nahas and Mr Mohamed Hassan. It was a spectacular experience! God bless them both as they have truly exceeded my expectations.

Our experience with House Solutions in Maadi was truly a 10/10. As a husband and wife relocating, finding a home can be stressful — but they made the entire process feel effortless.
From day one, their service exceeded all our expectations. They guided us every step of the way, taking the time to explain every detail with patience and clarity, always with the best attitude. What could have been overwhelming turned into a smooth and even enjoyable experience thanks to them.
Beyond the apartment search itself, they also ensured we had a true soft landing in every sense — sharing thoughtful local recommendations and tips that helped us settle in and feel at home from the very beginning.
We are especially grateful to Mr. Mohamed Hassan and Mr. Mohamed El Nahas, as well as the entire House Solutions team. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference.
We wholeheartedly recommend them — not only for their efficiency, but for the human quality they bring to everything they do. We will certainly continue to recommend them.

This was a service that went above and beyond what I usually expect from real estate agencies. Safa found a great range of options for us to choose from. And once we settled on an apartment, he accompanied us every step of the way, negotiating a contract that both parties were happy with, ensuring works were done, and going the extra mile to help with everything from internet access to overseeing cleaning and new installations. The fact that this agency has a long history in Maadi and focuses its portfolio and relationships there, makes all the difference in the service it can provide. Thank you Safa. You made a stressful task a million times easier! Highly recommended.
