Exceptional Experience with Youssef from Nawy!

I recently bought a property in Egypt with the help of Youssef from Nawy, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, Youssef was professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, guided me through every step of the process, and made everything smooth and stress-free — even though I’m based abroad.

Their people won’t stop calling me. Someone from their team with the last name Abou El Enein called. I tried to tell him that it’s not a good time to call given that I’m at work – he ignored me and insisted on finishing his silly little sales pitch.

After trying three times to explain to him that I’m not interested in buying he interrupts me to tell me that he has something « amazing for $2M usd » I said I’m not interested and goodbye so he insisted again.

I asked him to kindly take me off their calling list saying « I don’t want you guys to call me again, please » he rudely replies…

« I don’t even want to call you »

To the senior management at Nawy. This is the ABYSMAL standard of your sales people.

Mr. Abou El Enein is the prime example of why people hate realtors of this kind.

He smelled desperate and was dying to get his pitch across without any respect for my time or my space. Not to mention the fact I am not interested in purchasing something with Nawy.

So rude. So unprofessional. Needlessly desperate to make a sale.

It’s safe to say that I will not be investing a cent with Nawy if this is what they are asking their sales team to do.

Trust and believe that I will make sure everyone in my immediate circle and beyond know how sad an desperate this interaction was.

To the management at Nawy, I’ve attached a photo of Mr. A. Enein’s number. Maybe you can train him a bit better or teach him to speak to clients.
