I totally agreed with Tarek comment same issue I faced with them.
If the client doesn’t want your company do refund did and easy to sell to the other.
I didn’t get my money back till now.

“My experience with Reportage
I booked a unit and was only informed after making the payment and transfer has been done that the booking amount is non-refundable. This was not made clear to me before I transferred the money. A few days later, due to unexpected circumstances, I informed the sales representative before the due date of the down payment, but I received no response. Later, the company confirmed that the amount could not be refunded.
I have no objection to policies if they are communicated clearly from the start, but in my case, this important detail was not shared beforehand. I truly hope real estate companies can treat their clients with more transparency and honesty, as clarity is the foundation of trust.” please be honesty with clients

They don’t even deserve a visit to their project .100k fraud of 2 unite all about not returning the reservation don’t ever reserve before you see the contract which was a big joke. see your layer before paying any thing. don’t listen to any broker dealing with them. One more thing don’t interview the lawyer service. She will record your voice through mobile . She will try to take acceptance to terms you signed for reservation. The location you are sitting no camera. Just be careful with them
