This is a disreputable company that fails to meet delivery deadlines, demands price differences from clients, and exploits the fact that sales contracts are contracts of adhesion. Furthermore, reclaiming the land by the authorities is virtually impossible, despite numerous violations, a lack of seriousness in implementation, and the existence of several lawsuits against them.
