I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my experience as an owner since 2021. When I first purchased an administration office with 31 North, I was impressed by the promises, the vision, and the way you marketed your project. For the first couple of years, things seemed acceptable while you were still promoting 31 North. Unfortunately, the reality that followed has been extremely discouraging. The quality of your services has significantly declined, and many of the promises made were never fulfilled. Instead of delivering on your commitments, you created expectations for things that simply did not exist. Now, as I continue to deal with Nile Business, my experience is only getting from bad to worse.
This is unacceptable for clients who trusted your brand. I expect transparency, accountability, and genuine effort to restore the trust that has been broken.
