The most chaotic and unprofessional education entity you’ll ever see. They have zero information regarding courses, refund process,…. I would never ever go there again

Probably the worst education institute i have ever dealt with in Egypt. The customer service doesn’t know anything about the subjects and they ask me to go check the website for details as they have so many calls per day so it won’t be efficient to answer all the students. In addition to their very unprofessional and rude attitude.

The registration process is incredibly tedious, and the customer service is super bad.
They don’t know anything and always reply with generic answers. Don’t waste your time.

Recently I am studying here. This school offers wide range subjects and programs, such language improvement program, human development, translation, teacher training, etc.
Whoever you are, egyptian or foreigner, you able to register to one of those programs.
I recommend this school for everyone who need a short course program or professional certificate specially for career purpose.
