The test center was neat and quiet with perfect security measures. The instructors were very helpful. The video call used for the speaking test was very good and the voice was clear. All required facilities for the exam were provided such as papers, pencil and a sharpener.
The test was conducted in a smooth way without any disturbance.
Thanks so much for this good experience.

Very well organized , pleasant experience overall. However the email doesn’t mention the exact details regarding how to find the building entrance , so please mention it in the email or post an announcement on the elevator ,thankfully the receptionist was very helpful .

I recently had the pleasure of taking the IELTS Academic exam through IDP Egypt, the entire process was seamless and exceeded my expectations. From the moment I booked my exam date, the IDP Egypt team was exceptionally professional and responsive. The online booking system was user-friendly, and the confirmation details were provided promptly. On the day of the exam, the staff at the center were extremely courteous and efficient. They guided me through the check-in process smoothly and ensured that I was well-prepared and informed about the exam procedures. The testing environment was clean, comfortable, and conducive to optimal performance. I received my IELTS Academic results within the promised timeframe.
I cannot recommend IDP Egypt highly enough for anyone seeking a seamless and professional IELTS Academic exam experience. Their attention to detail, customer service, and commitment to excellence are truly commendable. I am grateful for the smooth and successful journey they facilitated for me.
Thank You IDP team 🙂
