I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Azza Fahmy. I purchased the “لقد جمعنا الحب” men’s band for my engagement, expecting the level of quality and craftsmanship the brand is known — and priced — for. Shockingly, after wearing it for less than 48 hours, the color completely changed and the piece turned black.
What made the experience worse was the response from the Garden 8 branch, where I was told this is “normal” and that I should leave the ring for cleaning and wait around two weeks to get it back. There is absolutely nothing normal about a luxury jewelry piece deteriorating after two days of normal wear, especially on such an important occasion.
I did not purchase a brand-new ring to immediately send it for maintenance. This raises serious concerns about the quality and durability of the product, as well as the level of customer service provided.
Very disappointing experience and far below the standards expected from a luxury jewelry brand like Azza Fahmy.

I had a disappointing experience with one of the sales associates. When I asked to see the available simple bracelets, my request was met with clear disinterest, as if it were a burden. I then inquired about the rings collection, and his response—“What do you want to see?”—came across as dismissive and unhelpful. It felt like he was in a rush to move on to the next customer rather than assisting me. I left feeling unwelcome, even though I had found a bracelet I genuinely liked and was ready to make a purchase. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism and customer care made it impossible to proceed.
