The employees have no religion or conscience, and bribery is rampant. If you don’t put 100 Egyptian pounds in the file when you hand it in to the employee, your car won’t be licensed that same day. They’ll put your papers aside and look at the papers of whoever paid. By the way, I have a car registered at that traffic department and I’ve been there many times.

Bad traffic, like any other traffic jam. They said it was better and more organized, etc., but it was annoying and crowded. Slightly better than Faisal’s traffic jam.
