Thanks a lot for the very good services and the professional dealings when I visited The service center at Abduallah Alaraby St. branch in Nasr City today. I don’t recommend dealing with this company at all. I bought 4 tires (Marshall size 18 made in Korea) when I was at the store I noticed that the tires seems to be used and they assured me its not, after 1 month only the back left tire was flat due to a very small screw & when I removed the tire to change it was totally damaged from inside & couldn’t be used & I had to buy a new tire temporarily to be able to drive.. after visiting their store to solve the problem they said they have to inspect the damaged tire & will feedback me after couple of days, three weeks later without feedback I contacted them & they said there is no manufacturing faults in the tire & the damage was caused by me, however I didn’t drive with the tire flat & again they sold me used tires that’s why a small screw penetrated the tires so easy
