Bosch Car Service El Mikaneeky – Youssef Abbas

A good center with service available throughout the week.

A group specializing in spare parts and maintenance.
They have service centers in key locations across the country, not just the Alexandria branch.
This demonstrates the group’s strength, reputation, and excellent management.

The place is organized and clean, and all employees are very helpful.
Flexible and efficient service.
Good management and respectful staff.

Prices are a bit high, service is not bad but few improvement is needed.
Couldn’t see the original packaging of the spare parts which is very important.
But the center confirmed that all spare parts are original.
Will do the next maintenance with them again as my experience was not bad at all.
The car brand is Renault Step Way.
