The staff at Sheraton branch are totally unprofessional, they did unnecessary extra work than required and didn’t tell about the fees before they do it. It doesn’t feel like a maintenance centre but a local garage!

Mohamed Nabil the branch manager is one of the worst and least professional people i have ever seen in terms of customer service.
Update:
The problem is that your branch manager is yelling at one (maybe many) of the customers and telling him that he is merely one of a 100 customers that he serves daily so he can go away and stop disturbing him.
