The best ever, so professional and honest. If you own an Audi, VW or Skoda, don’t hesitate to visit them for anything. The people are very respectful and conscientious, and the chief engineer, Mohamed Ali, is nice and understanding.

All thanks and appreciation to the esteemed engineer, Mohamed Ali, and the trustworthy technician (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch). I went to have my car’s suspension checked for reassurance, anticipating costs and repairs, but Engineer Mohamed Ali advised me to wait a bit as it was still in good condition. What matters most to me is that I met respectable and trustworthy people who truly care about their customers and make you want to go back again with peace of mind, God willing.
And God is my witness that I didn’t write this review at anyone’s request or for advertising purposes; it’s simply the least I can do to express my gratitude.

Best Audi and VW Group service center in town
Zeko El Masry
An excellent service center with a respectable staff, outstanding maintenance, top-notch service, and fast repairs—even better than the Volkswagen dealership. Thank you to Engineer/Mohamed Ali and everyone at the center. I highly recommend it to everyone. May God grant you success.

If you own an Audi, Volkswagen, Skoda, or Seat, this center is the absolute best, even better than the dealership.
Honesty, expertise, speed, and respectful service—unlike the others.
