Bad Experience, I don’t recommend!
I booked an appointment with this clinic and was specifically instructed to arrive on time because the doctor “leaves sharply on time.” I made every effort to get there as quickly as possible and arrived exactly on time for my appointment.
Upon arrival, the receptionist was occupied with a phone call for quite some time and paid no attention to me. There was also another patient seemed to have an issue. Concerned about the doctor’s strict schedule, I asked another staff member for assistance, but I was told that I had to wait until the receptionist finished her call.
After waiting, I was finally informed that the doctor had experienced an emergency and had left the clinic approximately 10 minutes before my arrival.
I asked them, did not anyone had one minute to call and inform me of the cancellation?
What I find unacceptable is not that the doctor had an emergency — these things happen — but the complete lack of communication and unprofessionalism shown by the clinic. Nobody contacted me to inform me that the appointment had been cancelled, despite the fact that I had already spent time and money traveling to the clinic and back by taxi for no reason. To make matters worse, I did not even receive a proper apology.
Later, I received a call from the center’s call center at an inconvenient time asking me how satisfied I am with my laser session!!!!!
I asked them to call me back in 30 minutes because I was busy and the doctor left before I receive my laser session, but instead I was told that the agent can’t call me back in 30 minutes and “we are happy to see you again”
I have never encountered such a poorly organized system from a clinic that markets itself as offering some of the best healthcare services in Egypt. This is especially disappointing considering that they are also among the most expensive clinics in the country.
I will not be returning to this clinic, and I will certainly inform my friends and family about the level of service they can expect from this so-called “premium” and “classy” clinic.

The clinic is very clean, with flexible booking slots and a highly friendly staff. I especially appreciated that they respected my request not to take photos for commercial purposes after I declined in the consent form.
However, I would suggest ensuring that a consent form is signed at every session for better clarity and patient protection. Additionally, the waiting time is quite long and could be improved.
It would also be helpful to offer more flexibility when the attending doctor is on leave. Currently, patients are required to pay for a new consultation even when continuing the same treatment sessions with a backup doctor, which could be reconsidered.

Unfortunately I’ve had a terrible experience at this clinic I do not recommend them at all as I led the clinic in tears.
I was seen by Dr Poussy in their Festival city branch and was quoted a price of 10000 EP verbally (please note the verbal price that was said to me). I told her it was too much for me to which she left the room and spoke to her colleagues, then came back in and said she will do 2ml for 9000. I said I will think about it and let her know as I’m only in Cairo for another couples of days and my time is limited. She gave me her number and told me she will be in City stars mall on Friday 1-3pm and all day on Saturday. I gave it thought and messaged her on WhatsApp an hour or so after seeing her and arranged a date to meet her on Friday in the city stars branch. Communication was done via WhatsApp. Friday came and she messaged saying if I can come for 4 to which I replied saying 4.30pm I can come for.
I arrived at my appointment after struggling to find the place had the procedure done. The doctor left the clinic after so wasn’t there when I was going to pay. I was told to pay 15000 to my shock. I told them I agreed the price of 10000 with the dr, they rang her and she spoke to me very rudely on the phone and said she told me 15000. The fact that I was made to look like I am a liar is such a disgraceful way to handle your clients. This is the end of a holiday in Cairo to which I only had 10000 left which I reserved for the procedure, if I knew it was 15000 I would never have bothered. I left the clinic crying and feeling humiliated. Please don’t make the same mistake as me to come to this clinic, it’s an absolute disgrace.
I am not the first to fall into this scandal as there have been other victims who have left a review. Please take heed to my advice and stay away from this clinic. I’ve been to many prestige clinics around the world and this is no where near the standards of a 5 star clinic. I didn’t even fill out a patient background form. As for the clinic if you give a price make sure it’s written down on paper so there is a record instead of blaming the client please train your staff on how to fix price and not change it, having a price list brochure for clients to see will also stop any confusion or blaming. I will be informing the authorities of this scam. Definitely ruined my experience of Egypt.

Before anything, the clinic is very beautiful, fully equipped, and most importantly very comfortable. Everything there is professional and trustworthy.
But I want to talk especially about my doctor, Dr. Mai. She is truly one of the best doctors I’ve ever met and dealt with.
I went to her feeling completely hopeless, but she started with me step by step and asked me to do several tests to make sure everything was safe and suitable for the treatment plan.
I’ve always had a slow metabolism, so the best solution for me was taking the Slim Edge injection under Dr. Mai’s supervision. Of course, the injection is just a supportive tool for weight loss, as we follow a weekly protocol together.
Thanks to God and Dr. Mai, I’ve been losing around 5 kg every week, sometimes 3 kg depending on how committed I am.
