Amazing service starting with their social media team, receptionist and their doctors!
I had so many concerns and questions and the doctor managed to answer every single one of them. On top of that she was very patient and kept adjusting the device many times to make the session easy and comfortable.
They also do great follow up and reminders.

Very bad experience with Avenue Clinic.

Very disappointing experience at Avenue Clinic.
They never respond to phone calls or WhatsApp messages, which shows a complete lack of professionalism and basic manners. The owner avoids taking responsibility instead of trying to solve the problem. I was even told indirectly to look for another place, which is unacceptable.
On top of that, I suffered burns on my lips and bikini area due to extreme negligence and poor service.
This level of care is dangerous and irresponsible.
I don’t recommend this clinic to anyone. It is important to warn others about them because of the very poor service, unprofessional staff, and overall bad experience.
