I went to them a while ago to ask if I wanted to book an appointment with a doctor. The reception staff were actually very good and told me, “Sir, we can get you your preferred doctor, and you can choose them and we’ll book you an appointment.” I said, “Okay, no problem.” About a month later, I called to confirm my appointment, and I was shocked when they told me, “No, sir, if you want to book an appointment with a doctor, you have to go to their clinic or the hospital they work at first and book with them. Then they’ll refer you to us.” I tried to explain to the lady who answered, “How can that be? You just told me we’d book you an appointment!” but she gave me a very rude response, saying, “No, sir, that’s not how it works.” After that, I swore I would never call them again or even think about dealing with them.

The worst place you could go to is Dr. Asmaa. She actually burned me with the laser and charged me 1200 pounds in one session. I found myself bleeding from the laser burn. Her rudeness towards me is appalling. She’s a trash doctor and her center is full of thieves.
