The device is broken and in terrible condition, the cooling isn’t working, it’s a complete mess.

They turned off the cooling and the machine was broken (the old Candela). When I refused to continue, they didn’t give me my money back, and the owner kept cursing me and told me to talk when I was burned, then she left.
I had 9000 pulses.
And every month they bring in new doctors and fire the good ones.
And when there’s a good doctor who spaces out the sessions and has a conscience, they say she’s gone and tell me about other doctors, even though she’s still there.
